A Fresh Start in 2017
2016 has been a busy year for us at Ambassador Dearie. For those of you who were with us in the early days, the senior management team started Martino HVAC in 2012 to capitalize on the growth of an established Contractor in Toronto . We quickly grew and established ourselves as a dominant player in Ottawa’s New Home Construction HVAC market. A series of operational changes meant that we needed to change names and identify ourselves as a more independent and local operation. This brought us to Ambassador HVAC. The term Ambassador is used to describe a conduit or go-between. Our Contracting role was a natural fit for the name. Our aspirations were to provide quality installations, responsive service and a personal touch to our work. We quickly outgrew our Lancaster Road start-up and moved to a larger facility on Star Top Road.
In late 2015 we were provided with an opportunity to purchase Dearie Contractors, a local company with 25 Years of history in the market. The acquisition brought with it several challenges for our staff and operations. We outgrew our Star Top location to move to our present Innes Park Way location. Over the course of 2016 we doubled our staff, doubled our volume and managed to keep everything together while helping our customers and homeowners. We know that the early months of the transition were tough, and we’d like to take this opportunity to thank our builders and homeowners for hanging in there. Our staff did a great job keeping their heads above water.
Fast forward to today. We promise better communications with added features to our website, better avenues for requesting service and on-going updates on promotions and deals. New homeowners have made a huge investment and we believe that you deserve great support from your contractors. We know your Furnace and Heating System because we installed it. We think opening your door to strangers could open you up to potential warranty issues if improper maintenance and parts are used. We stand behind our work and are ready to help you get the most from your HVAC investment.
